The Firm
A small office, a long clock.
Facecask was formed in Hong Kong in 2016. We remain privately held. The practice is deliberately small so that the people who sell the work are the people who stay with it.
How we work
New matters begin with a written scope and a named partner. We do not staff a project with a rotating bench, and we do not subcontract the core path. If we cannot do the work ourselves, we say so before an engagement letter is signed.
The firm is not a product company. Software appears in our work only when it is the quieter way to keep a system understandable five years from now.
Correspondence is handled from Central. Site work happens where the machines and the people already are.
